Bill Sorenson

Bill Sorenson (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) is a principal with Heritage Capital Group, a middle market investment bank based in Jacksonville, Florida. His primary focus is supporting and leading merger & acquisitions, leading strategic consulting assignments for clients, and conducting valuations. Bill is a certified expert in Lean Management. Prior to joining Heritage, Bill served as a director of consulting for an engineering contractor and as a consulting manager for Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Bill serves in governance positions with Seaside School Consortium, Inc. and the Rotary Club of Jacksonville and currently serves the National Advisory Council for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). He received his B.B.A. from Virginia Tech and his M.B.A. from Purdue University. He’s a graduate of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2015.

Celeste Blackman

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) is an international consultant, trainer, speaker and coach, and the co-founder of The Green Zone Culture Group. A group of individuals committed to building high-trust, collaborative work environments.  

Celeste believes we are better together and she helps her clients to make this sentiment a reality. She has partnered with the creators of Radical Collaboration for nearly 20 years and recently launched the Radical Collaboration for Women program. She has also taught Communications in the Executive MBA Program at the Wharton School of Business for the past 15 years.

Chuck Young

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) is an IT recruitment executive with special focus and interests in Software Product Management, Partnership Management, and Digital Talent Pools. Chuck has worked with some outstanding recruitment and technology firms in his twenty year career in multiple roles and has watched the evolution of the industry through the adaption of technology. Chuck has helped start and grow recruitment firms into industry leading examples and has also worked for some of the world’s leading Blue Chip Fortune 500 firms.

Chuck’s current focus is pioneering the new wave of digital talent pools and understanding how they will shape the recruiting industry of the future.

Chuck’s greatest love and passion is his family. He is a proud husband of Anne Marie and the father of 3 amazing children.   Chuck’s other passion is teaching and facilitating awareness of meditation and conscious breathing methods in order to reduce suffering in this age overloaded with information and anxiety. Whenever he can find the time for himself, you will find him laughing in the ocean sharing and riding waves with his friends and family.

Joe Nicolosi

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) has nearly 40 years of staffing, recruiting, and placement industry experience.  He has served in a variety of corporate roles in the industry, including Branch Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, and Marketing Director.

Joe also owned two different staffing service franchises, Norrell Services and TRC Staffing Services.  Joe has served as an industry consultant, focusing on small to medium sized staffing and placement firms.  

His many awards include Franchise of the Year for both Norrell and TRC, Home Office Associate of the Year, District Manager of the Year, Regional Manager of the Year, and numerous President’s Club awards.  Joe currently resides in Jacksonville with his wife of more than 50 years, Jan.

Nancy Moredock

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) is currently an HR Director at Mayo Clinic in Florida.  She has extensive senior level HR experience in man­aging the HR functions in an integrated healthcare en­vironment. She has expertise in the traditional areas of HR along with strong skills in critical thinking and the ability to create and maintain strategic business part­nerships.

Nancy received a Bachelor's degree from Franklin College, Franklin, Indiana and is certified as both an SPHR as well as SHRM-SCP.  She is affiliated with both local and national SHRM chapters. Over the past 22 years, Nancy has served on both the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee at Alive Credit Union and is currently the Board Chair.

Tanishia Ravnell

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) is a certified HR Practitioner with nearly a decade of professional experience in Human Resources. She currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Sight & Sound Productions and its sister company, Mugwump Productions.

Tanishia was previously employed by ISF, Inc., a management consulting and information technology firm for 10 years where she served as an accountant for 5 years leading to promotion and management of their start-up subsidiary company, WiredPeople, Inc.

Tanishia received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and her M.B.A. from Liberty University. She is a member of the National SHRM association and an active member in her local chapter, SHRM Jacksonville. She is also a Certified Professional with a SHRM-CP designation through the Society of Human Resources Management.

Tanishia’s dedication to giving back led to mentorship of at-risk teens through Daniels Kids, a non-profit that helps improve the lives of children and their families.
