Sandra Diamond Lief
Sandra Diamond Lief is the President and Co-Founder of FairchildHR, the Jacksonville recruitment firm which she and her partner built in 2017 to serve small businesses.
She didn't plan on becoming a recruiter, but building businesses was always the family trade. Her grandmother defied social convention in the 1940s, owning and running a sweet shop. Her father started two businesses. Her brother opened an employment agency in Manhattan, and it was through his agency that Sandra got her first HR role with Smith Barney, back when HR was still called Personnel.
"I used to think I just somehow found my way into executive recruiting and entrepreneurship," Sandra says. "Now I know I was raised for it. Small business runs through my family. My grandmother, father, brother and now me. Different businesses, same instinct. Build something. Sign your name to it. Take care of the people who walk through the door. It's the inheritance I bring to the work, and it's why I don't have to translate to my clients."
Like the small business owners who came before her, Sandra knows the weight of every hire. She understands the care it takes to build the right team and how much every hire matters. That's why she rejects the narrow-niche model most agencies are built on. A small business doesn't need a recruitment specialist in one job title. It needs a recruiting partner who can find the right person for any role that matters, whether technical, financial, operational, or executive. Technology handles the administrative work of moving candidates through the pipeline, which frees Sandra to spend her time where real decisions get made: the human judgment no tool can replace.
That instinct for people has run through her entire career. Long before forming FairchildHR, she built a reputation for reading clients precisely and delivering exactly what they needed, from personal styling for high-profile clients to years directing sales and marketing for luxury hospitality. The through-line never changed: listen closely, match the right people to the right opportunities, and treat every relationship as personal.

Keith Scott Fairchild
CTO and Co-Founder Keith Scott Fairchild, PHR, CSP, has been an award-winning recruiter and business owner since 1976. He has hired hundreds of people into dozens of positions who reported directly to him, which taught him to own the results of his hiring decisions. He has hired thousands of people for his clients, where he applied the same care to making the right hire for the long term.
While working as a Bio-Medical Engineer, he worked on the team that developed the world’s first commercially available medical device that incorporated Artificial Intelligence. He’s worked in over twenty countries, circumnavigating the globe seven times to visit clients, vendors and staff.
Trained in LEAN and Six-Sigma in a manufacturing environment, he is now applying those techniques to the complex process of hiring executives, engineers, scientists and other mission critical talent for FairchildHR clients.
